Returns:

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must:

1.  Request the return by mail to info@carlaoretearte.es within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return, if any. that you think is necessary to help us continue to improve.

2. Items must be returned: - In their original condition, along with any accessories related to them, not being able to be used, washed or damaged. - With their initial labels.
